Private Yoga Offerings

Yoga is for everybody and EVERY BODY.
Types of Yoga Offerings
Yoga for Advancing Physical Practice
As someone who started yoga because of the challenge that comes with a physical practice, I understand the desire to improve the physical body through private yoga.
There are so many amazing benefits to being active in our bodies, and yoga is one of the best ways to incorporate physical activity with learning to be more mindful and centered. I am more than happy to work with you to achieve your goals towards developing a physical practice.
Yoga for Relaxation
In the crazy and hectic world that we live in aren't we all looking to relax a bit more? There are many different types of yoga that can help us do just that!
Take the time today to do something kind to your body and mind and to help you slow down.
Remember, your body is an INVESTMENT! It deserves time to relax, so that you can think clearer, be more creative, and allow your mind to reset.
Meditation
If I had to name anything as the most important aspect of yoga I would say meditation is it. The purpose and original design behind yoga from thousands of years ago was to practice meditation as a way to get in touch with your true self.
Enlightenment, spiritual awakening, Nirvana, unity, Samadhi, bliss? They all mean the same thing! Learning to meditate is not only one of the peak goals of yoga, but a valuable skills to help calm, quiet, and center our mind.
Yoga for Anxiety Relief
Anxiety can come in many different forms and can manifest itself in many different ways. As someone who has dealt with anxiety (particularly high functioning anxiety) I can speak first hand to how much having yoga in my life has benefited my mental health.
Through thoughtful movement, an emphasis on breathing practices and meditation these private yoga sessions can be tailored to your personal needs. We may experience anxiety on a regular basis, but that doesn't mean we have to allow our lives to be overrun by it.
Yoga for Young Adults
Being a teenager these days can be very challenging, and something many adults might not be able to relate to. Stress of school, work, future planning, and peers can take a toll on physically and mentally.
Additionally, The diagnosis of neurodevelopment and mental health disorders such as ADD/ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, Bipolar disorder, and eating disorders are much more common these days than ever before, especially in youth. It can be very difficult to learn productive strategies to help manage these conditions, but yoga can help! Teaching young adults these yogic techniques can be incredibly helpful as they transition to being independent and living their own life.
