Meditation

If I had to name anything as the most important aspect of yoga I would say meditation is it. The purpose and original design behind yoga from thousands of years ago was to practice meditation as a way to get in touch with your true self. Enlightenment, spiritual awakening, Nirvana, unity, Samadhi, bliss? They all mean the same thing! Learning to meditate is not only one of the peak goals of yoga, but a valuable skills to help calm, quiet, and center our mind.

Check out the options I have below for types of practice or let me know if there is something else you are looking for!
