Yoga for Anxiety Relief

Anxiety can come in many different forms and can manifest itself in many different ways. As someone who has dealt with anxiety I can speak first hand to how much having yoga in my life has benefited my mental health. Through thoughtful movement, an emphasis on breathing practices and meditation these private yoga sessions can be tailored to your personal needs.  We may experience anxiety on a regular basis, but that doesn't mean we have to allow our lives to be overrun by it.
