Yoga For Advancing Physical Practice

I understand the desire to improve the physical body through private yoga as I was drawn to yoga because of the challenge that comes with a physical practice. There are so many amazing benefits to being active in our bodies, and yoga is one of the best ways to incorporate physical activity with learning to be more mindful and centered.
